Be the Quality Assurance lead for the site, ensuring site standards for BRCGS and customer codes of practices.
- Liaise with Production, H&S, Hygiene and Engineering Managers to ensure the same standard of operation across all shifts.
- Approve technically new product development and projects.
- Conduct technical training and briefings to internal departments.
- Cover for the Hygiene Manager during absences.
Food safety legislation, quality management systems, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
Experience training and coaching teams is required.
