The Role – National Account Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate)
Benefits: Car allowance or company car, company bonus, hybrid working
We’re looking for a National Account Manager within the Foodservice sector who will take responsibility for managing some of our existing accounts while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sector. This is a hybrid role, involving regular travel to customer sites alongside visits to our manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship management – building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers
- Driving account growth, sales and retention – ensuring we understand customer launch cycles and identifying opportunities to drive EPD and NPD
- Reporting and communication – providing clear and detailed communication both internally and externally
- Collaborating across teams – working closely with NPD, Marketing and our Chef team to meet and exceed customer briefs
- System navigation – learning and working within our internal systems (we’re a hands-on business and encourage people to ask questions and get stuck in)
- Account team support – working as part of the team supporting one of our largest pub groups within our Restaurants
