About the Role
As a Machine Minder, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring an automated production line that transfers cooked products from cooking vessels into various packaging formats, including pots and pouches. You will play a key role in ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Full training will be provided, including how to operate the machinery safely, carry out basic maintenance activities, and identify and respond to any production issues to minimise downtime.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a good standard of English, both written and verbal.
- Be comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment, which may involve hot and cold temperatures.
