The role
We are looking for a Property Viewings & Inspections Coordinator to carry out property viewings and routine inspections, and support inventory-related checks and reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting part-time work with genuine flexibility — with all appointments scheduled within 9–5, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and represent the business professionally at every appointment.
- Complete routine inspections, producing clear reports (including photos) and follow-up actions with landlords.
- Support inventory processes such as check-in/check-out support, condition notes, and key handling.
- Coordinate appointments, access and keys, and keep diaries running smoothly.
- Report maintenance issues, liaise with the team/contractors, and track actions through to completion.
- Keep records accurate and up to date on property system/spreadsheets.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
- Friendly, confident communicator — comfortable meeting customers in properties.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail (report writing and action tracking).
- Clean UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle with business insurance (travel across Stourbridge/Dudley area).
- Basic IT skills (email, calendars, taking/uploading photos), smart phone and using Apps.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Property/lettings experience (training can be provided).
- Experience of inspections/inventories or any role involving reporting and customer service.
