This is an EXPERIENCED, PART-TIME, on-site role for a PROPERTY MANAGER based in STOURBRIDGE. Hours flexible, by negotiation. Would suit working parent.
Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.
- Ensuring properties meet legal and safety standards.
- Coordinating inspections and follow-up maintenance and repairs.
