- We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst.
- We need someone who is a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset.
- We need experience across the full data lifecycle, including collecting, cleansing, analysing, communicating and presenting actionable insights.
- We need strong understanding of databases and data governance principles.
- We need experience extracting, manipulating and visualising data from large datasets.
- We need the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- We need strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- We need experience using SQL, MS Excel or Google Sheets, and Power BI or Looker Studio.
- We need someone who can prioritise work effectively under pressure and use initiative to resolve issues.
- We need candidates who can commute to Northampton NN3 9EX or plan to relocate before starting.

Responsibilities
- We will ask you to work within our Data Analytics team to provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and operational processes.
- You will work autonomously to interrogate data, write or fix code, create dashboards, and support automation and timely insights.
- You will prepare data for analysis by assembling information from disparate data sources.
- You will optimise processes so metrics, reports and insights are delivered consistently with minimal manual intervention.
- You will apply coding best practices to ensure efficient, repeatable and scalable execution against large datasets.
- You will maintain and govern code for analytical outputs using Git Hub.
- You will investigate anomalies in trends and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify root causes and drive change.
- You will communicate the impact and importance of findings and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- You will ensure data quality and governance practices are upheld, particularly in transformed data environments.
- You will present findings and recommendations clearly and confidently across the business.
- You will contribute to and maintain clear documentation and metric definitions to support knowledge sharing and onboarding.
