Billigence is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to design and implement an end-to-end CIS3 compliance operating model, embedding controls into BAU processes across the application lifecycle.
You will join the CIS3 programme, analyse current delivery, governance and operations, and define future-state processes ensuring sustainability. Remote UK-based with occasional office days, 6–12 months contract inside IR35.
