About the Role
We are looking for a Data Governance Consultant with a strong focus on Data Quality frameworks. You will work embedded within client environments to design, implement, and mature data quality programmes, leveraging the Ataccama ONE platform to deliver measurable improvements in data reliability and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement Data Quality frameworks aligned to client business objectives.
- Configure and develop solutions using Ataccama ONE, including rules, profiles, and remediation workflows.
- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define DQ metrics, thresholds, and remediation processes.
- Conduct data profiling and root‑cause analysis to identify quality issues at source.
- Produce clear documentation including DQ scorecards, runbooks, and governance artefacts.
- Support clients in embedding data quality into broader data governance operating models.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- Hands‑on experience with Ataccama ONE (rules engine, DQ monitoring, lineage).
- Solid grounding in data quality methodologies, frameworks (e.g. DAMA, DCAM), and best practices.
- Experience designing data quality scorecards and KPIs for enterprise clients.
- Understanding of data governance operating models and how DQ fits within them.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consultancy or client‑facing delivery experience preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL and data profiling tooling.
