Billfields of London is a family run catering butcher that has been supplying some of London\’s finest food establishments for over 30 years. Our fully licensed factory is based just off the Caledonian Road London N7. We are looking for two people between the ages of 18 and 22 to join our training program. 4 of our fully trained butchers have successfully completed our training program, and are aged between 19 and 22, and are all on the full hourly rate which is between £15 and £18 per hour. Candidates do not need any previous experience. Successfull applicants will be:- Willing to work during the night. Have a good understanding of the English language. Will be reliable. Will be keen to learn. Will be able to fit into our family environment and butchery team. You can chose to work between 45 and 60 hours per week.
