We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, ensuring outstanding service standards, maximising revenue opportunities, and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the daily operation of the hotel restaurant and associated dining services.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of restaurant and bar staff.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Managing staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance.
- Monitoring sales, labour costs, and departmental budgets.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety compliance.
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Working closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to deliver a first-class dining experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a hotel or quality restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing costs and budgets.
- A hands-on approach and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and hospitality best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
