As a Spa Therapist, you’ll embody trust, reliability, and excellence — ensuring every guest receives a memorable and rejuvenating experience. What You’ll Do

  • Perform a range of spa treatments to the highest professional standard, ensuring each guest feels cared for and receives the appropriate aftercare advice.
  • Recommend suitable products to guests, highlighting your top three suggestions to enhance their experience and continue their wellness journey at home.
  • Support the efficient running of spa operations, maximising treatment room occupancy and ensuring therapist schedules are well managed.
  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation across all treatment rooms and spa areas, replenishing amenities throughout the day.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
  • Assist in managing bookings and guest information accurately, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Contribute to a culture of care, collaboration, and professionalism within the spa team.

About You

  • A qualified and confident Spa Therapist (NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • Passionate about wellness, guest experience, and luxury service.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
