What You’ll Do

- Support the efficient running of spa operations, maximising treatment room occupancy and ensuring therapist schedules are well managed.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and presentation across all treatment rooms and spa areas, replenishing amenities throughout the day.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
- Assist in managing bookings and guest information accurately, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
