We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in our hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling confidential information, and supporting smooth day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team member inductions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
  • Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, and timesheets
  • Handle HR queries from team members professionally and confidentially
  • Assist with training coordination and team member records
  • Co-ordinate team member engagement activities

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation is an advantage
