We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department in our hotel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling confidential information, and supporting smooth day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Contract Details: 30 hour contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and team member inductions
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Support payroll by managing attendance, leave, and timesheets
- Handle HR queries from team members professionally and confidentially
- Assist with training coordination and team member records
- Co-ordinate team member engagement activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation is an advantage
