Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Food & Beverage Supervisor* to join our team at the *Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa*.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Support management in achieving sales and service targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service focus
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
