At Bill Squires Business Coaching, we are looking for our next Business Coach!

Position: Full-time - 40 hours, or PT moving to FT over time

Basic Salary: £30,000 - £48,000 (prorated if PT)

OTE:

  • Year 1: £50k - £60k
  • Year 2: £70k - £100k
  • Year 3: £100k - £150k

This is a unique opportunity for Business Coaches, Business Development Managers, Managing Directors or Business Owners to step into a dynamic role with the long-term potential to run this business coaching company. We are currently ranked in the top 100 of 1,000+ global ActionCOACH firms and have helped numerous businesses across Yorkshire thrive.

You will begin in our pure Business Development role, proving your ability to drive revenue and grow our client base. Within 12 months, you will start your own business coaching journey and begin coaching clients - the pace depends on your own ambition and progress.

The Role

As our BDM, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Generate leads by identifying and engaging with decision-makers (Business Owners, MDs and CEOs)
  • Build rapport, uncover their challenges, and guide them through our sales cycle
  • Lead marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and awareness
  • Build strong connections across our community
  • Hit and exceed KPIs

Your efforts will support other business owners to take their businesses from good to GREAT as well as drive our growth!

As our next Business Coach, you will help clients to:

  • Set personal and business goals
  • Improve financial management and reporting
  • Lead organisational change and drive growth
  • Implement proven sales and marketing strategies
  • Build processes and systems so their business runs without them
  • Create strong business cultures and effective teams
  • Prepare their businesses for sale or expansion

About You:

  • A team player with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Enjoy lead generation
  • Experience in Consultative-Based Sales
  • Consistently hit sales and business development KPIs
  • Have a strong understanding of how businesses operate and business finances
  • Naturally build relationships, love meeting new people, and are inquisitive by nature
  • Have experience of coaching/mentoring
  • Passionate about making a difference and driven by helping others succeed
  • Bring high-level experience in marketing, sales and leadership
  • A problem-solver and self-starter, you meet challenges with positivity and patience
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled presenter and brilliantly organised
