We're recruiting a Customer Success-focused Relationship Manager to join the Head Office team at Bill Plant Driving School, one of the UK's largest and most trusted driving tuition providers. This is a relationship-led, customer support role focused on onboarding, coaching, and ongoing account management for our network of self-employed driving instructors. You'll help instructors grow their businesses, solve problems, and deliver great experiences to learners - supported by a friendly, collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build long-term relationships with driving instructors
  • Provide customer support and business guidance via regular calls
  • Support instructor onboarding during their first 6 months
  • Coach instructors on planning, growth, and pupil supply
  • Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Work closely with marketing, training, accounts, and vehicle teams
  • Keep accurate records using CRM systems and Outlook
