The Team
The People team is a strategic partner in fostering a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing organization. We manage the employee experience across the talent lifecycle, from attracting talent to supporting well-being and aligning people strategies with our mission.
Our Talent Acquisition team partners with leaders to find the best global talent, developing sourcing and selection strategies for various roles worldwide.
This is a limited-term position focused on immediate regional hiring needs for 24 months. Remote โ UK, preferably in London. No relocation support.
You will lead regional full-cycle recruitment, engaging hiring managers, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating with TA and HR partners to meet hiring goals. Strong recruiting skills, cultural awareness, and project management are essential.
What Youโll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for regional and global roles, including temporary and backfill positions.
- Partner with recruiters and managers to define role requirements, post jobs, and communicate with candidates.
- Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Beamery, Workday) to identify and engage candidates.
- Draft and edit job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct assessments, and recommend candidates.
- Facilitate transparent hiring processes and share market insights.
- Maintain candidate data in Workday and Beamery.
- Use data to monitor progress and update stakeholders.
- Support regional projects and serve as a liaison with HR.
- Share best practices across regions and teams.
Your Experience
- Experience in recruitment, preferably global and technical roles.
- Skilled in sourcing and inclusive outreach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-cultural teams.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment data analysis.
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently with creativity and inclusivity.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally.
Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
