The Global Client Service & Trust Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of ongoing transactional processing within the CRM platforms while maintaining relationships with Bill Gosling Clients and Customers. This role bridges the gap between Client Service, Operational Finance, and other Administrative Functions to ensure that client expectations are met through proactive engagement and timely accurate reporting. The role encompasses Trust Accounting Processing and the incumbent must ensure compliance with all customer transaction accounting and processing. The Client Service & Trust Manager will also drive process improvement, ensure global consistency in client management practices, and oversee the accuracy of client financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting in coordination with Finance and Accounting teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Service Management
  • Act as the global point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client and internal leadership levels.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, identify client goals and challenges, and present tailored solutions.
  • Ensure regular and ongoing coaching with the Client Service Team member.
  • Trust & Financial Governance
    • Maintain oversight of client trust accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual, legal, and ethical obligations.
    • Trust Accounting Processing and reconciliation including payment posting, disbursement integrity, and timely remittance to clients.
    • Support audit, preparing and providing necessary documentation and reports.
    • Trust Accounting Trial Balance review and maintenance.
  • Administration
    • Manage global client correspondence, ensuring prompt response and professional communication.
    • Support compliance, data privacy, and information security requirements for all assigned clients.
  • Initiatives
    • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on automation, process consistency, and client trust management.
    • Other ad hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
