As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Inbound and outbound communications with customers through telephone, e-mail, chat, SMS, and website.
  • Providing top customer service to help our customers resolve their accounts and offer additional support.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers and tailoring the journey to meet their needs.
  • Responding to inquiries and deciding upon the most appropriate solution, if applicable.
  • Negotiating payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
  • Understanding our clients’ products and services to help find the best solutions for the customer.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and payment arrangements accurately in the system.
  • Collaborating with other team members to develop strategies for improving customer service efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Additional Details:

  • Work Model: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)
  • Hours: Monday – Sunday 9am – 6pm (5 days per week)
  • Pay Rate: £13 per hour, additional £0.50 allowance for weekend working
  • Office Location: 310 St Vincent Street, Dalmore House, Glasgow, G2 5RU

  • Previous experience in finance or call centre environment is an asset.

  • Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Suite (Excel, Word).
