As our Branch Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in building operational teams that directly support our clients and business performance. This is a hands-on recruitment role with real ownership, variety, and visibility. What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for operational roles within the Glasgow branch
- Source candidates through multiple channels to build strong, ready-to-hire pipelines
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates, ensuring quality and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions with operational leaders
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Attend and support recruitment events such as open days, virtual hiring events, and career fairs
- Manage offers and support employment checks and onboarding processes
- Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and external partners
- Maintain accurate records within the HRIS/ATS system
- Champion company values, culture, and recruitment best practice
