About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and organised HR Generalist to support our team across two locations. This is a varied, hands-on role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, training and personal/team development plus project work to improve systems and processes within the HR department and wider business. You’ll be central to driving HR best practice, ensuring compliance with employment law, and shaping a positive employee experience across the organisation.

- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Confident working with managers at all levels
