Bilingual Family is a global charity founded on 8th August 2024 and headquartered in Scotland. We are dedicated to supporting parents, families, and professionals in nurturing bilingual and multicultural children. As a donation-funded organisation, we rely on passionate volunteers to help us achieve our mission — and your contribution can make a real difference!
Role Overview
We are looking for a HR & Operations Partner to help shape and streamline our organisational structure, support recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to embedding DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) principles in our practices. You will report directly to the Head of HR & Operations and work closely with a motivated, international team passionate about bilingual upbringing and multicultural community building.
Time Commitment: Up to 3 hours per month (flexible and remote-friendly).

- Support and improve organisational processes and workflows.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
