We’re looking for a motivated Room Leader to take the next step in their Early Years career. You don’t need years of management experience—we’ll support you to grow into the role. What matters most is your passion for children, your professionalism, and your desire to lead by example. You’ll be supported by a friendly management team while gaining hands‑on leadership experience in a nurturing, creative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for your room, with support as you grow in confidence
  • Planning fun, engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
  • Supporting and guiding colleagues, including apprentices and newer staff
  • Helping to maintain safeguarding standards, routines, and EYFS requirements
  • Building positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Developing your leadership skills through training and mentoring
