We’re looking for a motivated Room Leader to take the next step in their Early Years career. You don’t need years of management experience—we’ll support you to grow into the role. What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking day-to-day responsibility for your room, with support as you grow in confidence

- Supporting and guiding colleagues, including apprentices and newer staff
- Helping to maintain safeguarding standards, routines, and EYFS requirements
