Job Responsibilities:

  • Creator Operation
    • Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with creators in the designated language region, and build a high-quality and stable local creator network to support business development.
    • Assist in the translation, review, and cultural adaptation of product-related content (including interface copy, campaign materials, and community guidelines) to ensure the content is localized, in line with local cultural habits, and maintains brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to analyze local user needs, monitor competitor trends in the creator field, and provide insights to optimize localized user experience and creator operation strategies.
    • Track and analyze creator performance and content operation metrics, compile periodic reports, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve content quality and user engagement.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business development strategies for innovative and emerging content formats, including AIGC (animation, short drama, etc.), virtual idols, fan content, etc., to expand business layout and market influence.
    • Identify and develop cooperative relationships with high-quality institutional partners, including IP companies, animation/comic/novel studios, production agencies, virtual idol agencies, etc.
    • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, design customized cooperation models and plans, and establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relationships with key institutional partners.
    • Collaborate with product and operation teams to build content showcases, promote smooth project delivery, ensure partner satisfaction, and improve business operation efficiency.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities in the digital content field (including creator economy and institutional cooperation), and provide strategic references for business development.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Communications, Journalism, International Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English; near-native level in at least one of the following languages (Spanish, French, German, Russian, Portuguese, etc.) is required, which can support daily communication and content localization; near-native level in the second language is a strong plus for business development work.
  • Professional Literacy: Strong interest in the digital content industry, with a community-oriented mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and high cultural sensitivity to adapt to cross-cultural work scenarios.
  • Personal Quality: Highly self-driven, quick learner, with strong analytical thinking, resilience, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, including experience in creator recruitment, management and operation, content strategy, or business development. Existing connections with local creators or institutional partners in IP, animation, virtual idol, and other related fields are a plus.
  • Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of the local culture, social media landscape, creator economy, and content market trends in the designated language region.
