Job Summary: As a Creator Operation, you will help build and grow the creator ecosystem in the [Spanish/French/Russian]-speaking region. You will source, onboard, and support high-quality creators (with a focus on anime/ACG creators), implement localized engagement strategies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the product's growth in the target international market.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with creators in the [Spanish/French/Russian]-speaking region (prioritizing anime/ACG creators), contributing to the development of a strong local creator network.
- Assist in the translation, review, and cultural adaptation of product content (including interface copy, campaign materials, and community guidelines) to ensure local relevance, brand consistency, and alignment with the preferences of the regional anime/ACG community.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to analyze local user needs (especially anime/ACG audiences) and monitor competitor trends, supporting the development of strategies to enhance the localized user experience.
- Track and analyze creator performance (focusing on anime/ACG creators) and content metrics, prepare periodic reports, and help optimize engagement and content quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Communications, Journalism, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, Russian. Near-native level in the second language is required for daily communication and content localization. Language proficiency will be assessed during the interview.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creator operations, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, with demonstrated ability in cross-cultural project execution.
- Strong understanding of the cultural landscape, social media environment, and creator economy in the [Spanish/French/Russian]-speaking region, with in-depth familiarity of the local anime/ACG creator community ecosystem. Existing connections with local anime/ACG creators or influencers are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in the digital content industry and anime/ACG culture.
