Specification: We are seeking a Full Stack Mobile Engineer to join our mobile app team, reporting to the Lead Developer.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and fellow engineers to understand business challenges, shape solutions and deliver high-quality digital products used by thousands of learners and driving instructors across the UK.
You will take ownership of features from discovery through to production, delivering solutions that create value for both the business and our customers.
Our mobile products combine Java-based backend services with technologies including Flutter, Sitecore and AWS .
Strong experience developing backend services in Java is important for this role, while knowledge and experience with Flutter is desirable .
We are also seeking engineers with strong problem-solving skills, sound engineering judgement and the ability to learn quickly.
We embrace AI-assisted software development and expect engineers to use these tools responsibly while maintaining high standards of quality, security and maintainability.
