As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
- Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
- Provision of information for Monthly Reports
- Review of EW notifications & BUK responses or notifications downstream & upstream
- Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
- Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
- Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports
- Calculation of BOQ star rates
- Remeasurement of BOQ
- Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc.
- Drafting of notifications including letters
- Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes
- Value analysis- SOR, FP, day works
- Change Management - Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events
- Payment Application & Invoicing
- Innovation to improve job margin
