Bilfinger is seeking laminators for our Plastics facility in Royston to perform GRP laminating, trimming, and repairing composite components. You will work from drawings and production plans, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping while collaborating with the wider production team.
The role operates on an 11 day rolling shift pattern of 10-hour days, with work continuing through to the end of March 2027.
