b Overview /b p As QA / QC Engineer on the PUMA construction project, you safeguard piping system quality, safety, and integrity through structured QA activities. You will work on a large-scale manufacturing site, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications. Your role supports timely delivery by maintaining quality records, plans, and supplier QA documentation. This position offers hands-on quality leadership in a high-stakes built environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Prepare and review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and QA documentation /li li Provide quality-related technical support for the project /li li Review vendor/supplier Quality Plans and ITPs /li li Coordinate and advise on material certification, welding, NDT and other quality requirements /li li Coordinate the QA/QC Engineering function within M, E I disciplines for BP FPS /li li Liaise with 3rd party inspectors and coordinate inspection /li li Raise CIFs and liaise with Client’s QA departments /li li Ensure quality documentation/records are maintained in the Quality Management System (BMS) /li li Ensure quality performance monitoring against KPIs /li li Contribute to improvement of technical capabilities of the Company /li li Support the existing QA team on site /li li Quality Auditing – Internal and External /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li CSWIP Level 3.1 Welding Inspector /li li PCN level 2 – MPI / DPI /li li Recognised Lead Auditor qualification (9001) /li li ONC/HNC Mechanical Engineering (Desirable) /li li Radiograph Interpretation (Optional) /li /ul ul li attention to detail /li li ability to work independently or in a team /li li strong communication with engineering and client teams /li li Quality Plans and ITPs /li li Welding and NDT quality requirements /li li Material certification management /li /ul
