We are seeking a proactive and detail‑driven individual to join our Grangemouth team as a Business Information & Data Analyst, with primary responsibility for supporting operational and commercial teams through effective use of the works management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update and administer all relevant data within the works management system, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
  • Support operational teams by overseeing work orders, schedules and resource allocations within the works management system.
  • Monitor data quality across the system, identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Produce system reports when required, including progress updates, productivity summaries, and status dashboards.
  • Assist with the coordination and distribution of weekly timesheets, ensuring alignment with job scopes and contract requirements.
  • Support change management processes by updating system records for variations, scope changes and additional works.
  • Liaise with supervisors, planners and commercial teams to ensure all job information is accurately captured and maintained.
  • Provide administrative support for approvals, workflow management and document control within the system.
  • Assist with data extraction for audits, KPI reporting and client submissions.
  • Support payroll and time‑writing processes through ad‑hoc data checks and validation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance system utilisation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience using work management/maintenance planning systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling.
  • Good understanding of administrative processes within engineering, maintenance or industrial environments.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping, payroll inputs or labour allocation processes.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational, planning and commercial teams.
  • Previous experience in large‑scale projects, shutdowns or turnarounds is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
