Key Objectives
- Ensure every System Integration Project leaving nZERO facilities has a Spare Parts List.
- Ensure customers have sufficient budget assigned for spares.
- Tailor spares offering to customer needs.
- Identify spares opportunities from installed base.
- Engage directly with customers to follow up on quotes.
- Review all Service Visit Reports to identify opportunities to increase self-generated sales (SGS) and sell/replace spare parts.
- Ensure on time payment with best possible cash flow payment terms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained, in a professional and proactive manner, enabling repeat business.
- Support the development and management of a Strategic Spares Offering Service.
- Monitor and maintain Service consumable spares holding minimum stock levels.
- Make it easy for customers to buy from nZERO.
- Propose marketing initiatives to increase sales.
- Initiate/close out Supplier Agreements for reseller discounted price lists.
- Ensure margin and cash flow expectations are in-line with Group parameters.
- Meet/exceed any Group KPIs.
- Demonstrate and Support nZERO Vision, Values, Goals and Objectives throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual SMART objectives for the role and produce a Personal Development Plan to track Career Progression.
- Ensure all nZERO Projects are finalised with an OEM recommended spares proposal.
- Engage customers as early in a project cycle as possible.
- Consider customer requirements around criticality and cost/benefit.
- Establish, through discussions with colleagues and customers, installed base opportunities for spare parts sales.
- Follow-up all spares quotes, maintain up-to-date records on the Group CRM system.
- Contribute to quarterly Group reporting.
- Grow sales by reviewing all Service Visit Reports to identify opportunities to increase self-generated sales (SGS) and sell/replace spare parts.
- Oversee Admin. activities to ensure timely invoicing and swift resolution to issues that arise.
- Support the development and management of a Strategic Spares Offering Service.
- Monitor and maintain consumable spares holding minimum stock levels, considering shelf life of components.
- Propose pragmatic initiatives to make it easier for nZERO customers to buy from us.
- Propose marketing initiatives to increase sales.
- Initiate/close out Supplier Agreements for reseller discounted price lists.
- Ensure margin and cash flow expectations are in-line with Group parameters.
- Meet/exceed any Group KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/HND Chemical or Instrumentation background.
- Ability to read and understand Technical drawings / P&IDs.
- Competency in Office 365.
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
- Full/clean Driving licence.
- Small Project/Internal Sales Management experience.
- Commercial awareness.
- Word, Excel and SharePoint.
