The LTQR Documentation Coordinator will be responsible for the collation, verification, and compilation of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) associated with project construction, manufacturing, and installation activities.
Responsibilities:- Compile, review, and verify documentation for LTQRs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
- Liaise with construction, quality, engineering, and document control teams to collect and track required records (i.e., FUDs, weld records, material certificates, test reports, calibration records).
- Ensure records comply with project specifications, NNB Quality Requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Populate and maintain LTQR index structures and ensure documentation is correctly coded and aligned to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and system boundaries.
- Support readiness reviews and turnover activities by ensuring LTQR packages are complete and available for commissioning or regulatory inspection.
- Use document control systems and quality tools (i.e. Switch, Team Centre, Proarc).
- Identify and escalate missing, incomplete, or non-conforming records to relevant stakeholders and assist in timely resolution.
- Support audits by internal and external parties.
- Support with any other reasonable activities directed by the manager.
This position is based full time on site Monday to Friday.
