We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning. This commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality.

An onsite technical clerk plays a vital support role in engineering, construction, or industrial projects by handling documentation, data management, and administrative coordination directly at the project site. Here’s a snapshot of what the role typically involves:

  • Document Control: Managing technical documents, drawings, and reports—ensuring they’re properly filed, updated, and accessible to engineers and project managers.
  • Data Entry & Tracking: Updating spreadsheets, databases, and logs related to project progress, materials, or equipment.
  • Team Support: Assisting engineers and supervisors with compiling reports, preparing manuals, and chasing up deliverables.
  • Communication: Liaising with internal teams and sometimes clients to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Software Use: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Adobe Acrobat, and sometimes project-specific systems.
  • Work Packs: Creation of workpacks.
  • Safety Passport or IOSH: An advantage.

Based at Kirmington, with occasional travel to other company sites as operational needs arise. All required travel and accommodation will be fully provided.

Working Arrangements: Working 11 day rolling fortnight, 10 x 10hrs days and 1 x 6hrs day. 37.5hr basic, overtime paid at basic rate.
