Job Overview: Bilfinger UK are seeking an experienced System Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee system scaffolding activities on a high‑profile industrial site. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Immediate start available
- 3 months with the view to extend
- 56 hour week
- Supervision of system scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with TG20, SG4, and site standards
- Coordinating labour, materials, and daily priorities
- Conducting toolbox talks, task briefings, and safety checks
- Liaising with site management and planners
- Ensuring productivity targets and quality standards are met
Essential Requirements:
- CISRS System Scaffolder (Advanced preferred)
- CISRS Supervisor / Advanced Scaffolder card (or demonstrable supervisory experience)
- In‑date SMSTS or SSSTS
- Strong knowledge of system scaffolding and industrial environments
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
