An onsite lead technical clerk plays a vital support role in engineering, construction, or industrial projects by handling documentation, data management, and administrative coordination directly at the project site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Technical Clerk team.
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurately recorded, controlled, and maintained.
- Manage document control processes, including revisions, distribution, and archiving.
- Monitor and maintain project databases, trackers, and reporting systems.
- Provide administrative support to engineering, project, and operational teams.
- Produce reports, schedules, and project documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and quality standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes.
- Assist with training and mentoring team members where required.
