Bilfinger UK are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a 6 month fixed term basis at our Aberdeen office based in Bridge of Don. This is a great opportunity to join a busy team in a varied role. This position offers two days working from home per week.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing and onboarding of trades and office-based employees
  • Advertising new requirements on company website and promoting on LinkedIn
  • Reviewing applications against the job requirements and shortlisting applications
  • Arranging interviews and sending diary invites to both the applicant and Hiring Manager
  • Actively pipelining resource for upcoming projects
  • Contacting applicants internal and external to confirm availability for work
  • Verifying certificates to ensure authenticity and validity
  • Ensuring all relevant certificates and qualifications are in line with role requirement and storing accordingly in the relevant internal system
  • Liaising with internal project teams on start dates, any changes to mobilisation or cancellation
  • Answering incoming calls on the recruitment line
  • Supporting at recruitment events and trade fairs
