Role Overview
Bilfinger UK are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Installation Superintendent to lead the delivery of all mechanical plant and equipment installation activities on a major new-build construction project, working in close coordination with the piping installation scope. This role will be based full time on site at Hight View Powerstation in Carrington.
The role suits a mechanical specialist with proven large-project delivery experience across sectors such as Energy-from-Waste, Power, Hydrogen, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical, with strong subcontractor management credentials and the ability to interface seamlessly with piping, rigging, structural, and EC SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely or CCSNG. Energy-from-Waste, Power, Hydrogen, or Petrochemical project experience would be a distinct advantage. NEC 4 contract awareness and experience working under principal contractor / EPC arrangements.
