Bilfinger UK is recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning, development, skills and competency initiatives across the UK business (c. 4000 employees).

You will manage a small team across two sites and own the UK skills and competency framework for all staff, including blue-collar and office personnel.

The role also covers supporting bids and tenders from a workforce capability perspective.
