As site manager, you will be responsible for leading the site management team to lead HSE, Quality, safe operational efficient delivery, and customer satisfaction throughout the contract term.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead a positive safety culture on site ensuring company and client safe systems of work is implemented and followed.
  • Lead the site team ensuring clear and concise goals and objectives are set to meet the contractual demands throughout the contract term.
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of resource demands to ensure regular reviews are conducted to maintain the contractual resource demands.
  • Lead contract performance reviews locally ensuring all data is gathered accurately to review and find opportunities to continuously improve.
  • Lead and implement company governance and guidelines utilising BMS.
  • Lead stakeholder management on site to maintain a collaborative constructive environment to continuously improve contract performance.
Experience Required:
  • Previous Site Manager experience leading multi-discipline trades.
  • Experience in different forms of commercial arrangements and a clear understanding of how to manage the various inputs and interfaces.
  • Experience leading Access, Insulation and Coatings supervision and trades.
  • Experience leading E&I supervision and trades.
  • Exposure to NEC form of contracts with relevant contract administration experience.
  • Experience of developing and implementing project reporting dashboards to demonstrate contract performance.
