Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the commercial team on BPT UK, learning fundamental commercial concepts while developing professional skills through hands-on experience. Proactively work with the commercial team to support ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
- Keeping records of actions and expediting completion within required timescales.
- Attending meetings, drafting and distributing minutes to all team members.
- Preparing and filing records to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible.
- Supporting cost substantiation exercises; retrieving timesheets, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Payment application substantiation; reconciling clocking in hours against paid hours and ascertaining reasons for any discrepancies.
- Supporting the timesheet process and ensuring correct allocation of costs to budgets.
- Ad-hoc administration of commercial trackers.
This position is based full time on site Monday to Friday.
