- Main Responsibilities
- To ensure accurate worked hours and absences are recorded promptly and efficiently in support of site operations.
- To provide accurate data to payroll to support employees’ pay being completed in a timely manner and in full.
- On a weekly basis, timewriters must enter accurate worked hours and absences into the Mpower system.
- Review and chase missing sheets of personnel in the timewriters team.
- Approval and counter signatures of BPT timesheets to evidence agency timesheets have been entered in MPower.
- Complete relevant section of onboarding, offboarding, transfer checklists.
- Assigning and recording clocking‑in fobs.
- Facilitating the running of audits for BPT.
