The Document Control Administrator is responsible for supporting the document control team in all aspects of controlling, recording, maintaining and archiving project documentation throughout the entire life cycle of any given project.
- Document Control: Ensure project documentation aligns with company quality procedures and design guides. Manage the logging, copying, distribution, storage (both electronic and hard copy), transmittals, revision control, and document registers.
- Coordination and Liaison: Collaborate with project management, discipline engineers, procurement, and alliance partners to meet document control requirements. Represent Bilfinger in all interactions with clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the project team in the continuous improvement of document control processes.
- Template Compliance: Ensure all templates conform to Bilfinger BMS Document Management System and Teamcentre.
- Registration and Record Keeping: Register all incoming and outgoing project documents, ensuring all documents and drawings are provided with transmittals. Maintain an electronic record in the project folder of all documents received and issued.
- Document Compilation: Extract relevant documents for transmission and compile complete design packages, including CAD drawings and other required documentations, ensuring high quality and compliance with design guides.
- Distribution and Communication: Send documents to recipients as identified by engineers and confirm receipt. Act as the focal point for receiving customer and third‑party documentation.
- Archiving: Control the archiving of all required project documentation, both electronic and hard copies.

Role Qualifications: A minimum of four GCSE’s, one of which must be a grade C in English Language. Secondary education to Higher Grade level.
