Bilfinger UK Limited is seeking an HR/WIMS Administrator to support resource onboarding and regulatory compliance on major projects.

You will coordinate onboarding, clearance, and training activities, and maintain accurate WIMS records.

You will liaise with HR and project managers to ensure competency documentation is up to date and compliant with NNB requirements, supporting site operations and audits while handling general administrative tasks.
