The Digital Product Delivery Specialist plays a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects from start to finish. In this position, you’ll manage project timelines, understand and document client requirements, and work closely with digital engineers to ensure that products meet client expectations and technical standards. Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll foster strong client relationships, guide projects through each phase, and ensure that solutions are delivered to high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document project requirements. Facilitate project scoping sessions and contribute to defining project objectives and specifications. Support ongoing client communications, providing regular project updates and addressing queries. Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance long-term partnerships and opportunities for future business.
- Project Planning and Management: Develop project plans with clearly defined timelines and milestones, ensuring all tasks are scheduled and on track. Work closely with internal stakeholders to support resource coordination and timeline management. Coordinate go-live activities, including final client approval, training sessions, and support handover.
- Product Development: Oversee the product lifecycle, from initial concept through design, development, and testing, to final implementation. Work closely with the technical engineering team to ensure product specifications are met and provide feedback to adjust based on client requirements.
- Experience in a digital delivery environment (desirable)
- A working knowledge of the gas system integrations (desirable)
- 1-2 years in a product or technical team, or a comparable role where delivery, project management and client relations were key aspects.
- Communication: skilled in engaging with a variety of stakeholders and maintaining clear, constructive communication.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and offer solutions, using critical thinking and data-backed decision-making.
- Project Management Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple timelines, prioritise tasks and drive projects to completion.
