Bilfinger UK are looking for an HSE Advisor to join us at Fawley on a full time permanent basis.
- Review and manage HSE Legal and contractual duties for the contract.
- Produce clear reporting on adherence to legal and procedural compliance.
- Manage ISO structure including Risk and opportunities, stakeholder analysis aspects and impacts.
- Implement and achieve Risk based audit regimes.
- Liaise with client representatives relating to HSE matters.
- Effectively cooperate and communicate with stakeholders including management employees, regulatory authorities and clients.
- Support Operational leadership in defining and monitoring roles and responsibilities relating to HSE.
- Undertake RCA based investigation of workplace incidents.
- Conduct and report upon HSE Inspections.
- Promote the use of B-UK proactive safety tools.
- Support in the employee induction process.
- Develop and participate in delivery of TBT/ HSEQ communications.
