Bilfinger UK have a requirement for Pipefitters to be based on Hinkley Point C on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:- Assembling and installing pipes, tubes and fittings made from carbon and stainless steel as well as iron, steel, copper, and plastic duplex materials.
- Cutting openings for pipes using various hand or power tools such as pipe saw/cutter/torch, hammer and chisel, and pipe cutting machine.
- Reading PID, isometric and schematic drawings and being competent at reading and interpreting blueprints/specifications and making detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication/installation.
- Completing assigned tasks in a safe, effective and timely manner.
- NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds Level 3 or Pro Qual or Apprentice Papers in Pipefitting or similar.
- CCNSG.
