We are seeking an experienced GRP Laminator to join our team on a major project on site at Royston Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stability, high quality work, and the potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • GRP hand lay up and laminating to specification
  • Trimming, finishing, and repairing composite components
  • Working accurately from drawings, moulds, and production plans
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
  • Collaborating effectively with the wider production team
Requirements
  • Proven experience in GRP laminating or composite manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, safety conscious, and committed to delivering quality
  • 11 day rolling shift pattern
  • 10 hour day
  • Blue book NAECI site
