The Role: To control, record, maintain and archive project documentation throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Ensure that the control of project documentation is carried out in line with the Company Quality Procedures with regard to logging, copy and distribution, storage (electronic or hard copy), document transmittals, revision control and drawing/document register.
  • Liaison with project management, discipline engineers, procurement and alliance partners including sub-contractors to ensure that document control requirements are met.
  • Generate, manage and control “TEAM CENTER” numbers for all quality related documents.
  • Collate and control document registers for Quality Plans, FUD’s (Follow up documents) and supporting QA.
