Bilfinger UK are looking for a Project Cost Controller to join us on a permanent basis at our office in Grangemouth on a busy project.
Responsibilities
- Assist management with month end Cost & Revenue submissions
- Reconciliation and Checking of estimate scope/BOQ
- Forecasting actual versus budget
- Risk Analysis i.e. best case, worst case & most likely for cost & value
- Cost provisions/accruals including third party materials, subcontractors, plant, etc
- Weekly cost ledger analysis using the BUK financial systems i.e. SAP, Power BI
- Liaise with and monitor subcontractor/third party supplier agreements and costs
- Management of Early Warning notifications from each subcontractor
- Change Management i.e. response to, assessment & client notification of compensation events
- Compilation of data for inclusion in main payment application
- Assist and provide back-up for inclusion in payment applications
- Facilitation of subcontractor progress / update meetings
- Monitoring performance and actual costs for scheduled works and projects
- Investigating and reporting any cost over-runs or risks
- Reconciliation and tracking of labour costs (weekly/monthly reports)
- Change Management - Variations, Scope Change, Delays
