DSM Dalry are looking for an Administrator to join site on a full time basis. Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Perform a wide range of tasks to include but not limited to the following:
- Site Timewriting from timesheets into Mpower system
- Site Buying from requisition to SAP system
- Book training for all staff and maintain employee training records
- Manage, update and maintain training requirements matrix and records showing certificate/training expiry dates
- Maintain electronic supporting forms and registers
- General administration, maintain filing systems and control of general data
- Control and update absence chart ensuring transparency of approved holidays and absences for staff
- Ensure notice boards are up-to-date
Experience:
- Practical knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Evidence of fundamentals in standard MS Office and Access applications
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Self-motivated / disciplined
Working pattern: 37.5 hours a week. 07.30 until 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 07.30 to 13.00 on Friday.
